Smile and the World smiles with you

If You Just Smile!

Being happy is not all about glossing over the reality of life or ignoring important or serious issues, it’s about the attitude we have that helps us face reality and work through issues more positively.

Smiling helps, try it. You have 43 muscles in your face please use them and smile for me now, properly, don’t just grimace, mean it, smile, there you go!

Feels odd doesn’t it? Smiling to yourself.

If you’re doing this at work or in a public place you may think people are thinking you’re a bit odd but not at all, most of them are thinking, ah, that’s nice, that person has something to smile about, wish I did.

During this experiment you may see other people smiling themselves, this is because smiling is completely infectious.

What one smile can say to another….

Hello……Hello
I’m nervous…….No need to be
I’m ok………Yes I’m ok too
I like it………Me too
Alright? ……Yes I’m alright
I’m with you on this…….Thanks that means a lot
Something nice just happened……I’m pleased for you
I love you…..I love you too
Oops!…..Be careful
I did it……I knew you could
