If you’re coming on your own you’ll have your own spacious suite as we never ask guests to share. Of course, if you’d like to share with a friend that’s totally fine. You could share a twin room or one of the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suites so you each have your own privacy & space.
Each suite is superbly equipped with a double or twin bedroom, bathroom with hairdryer & complimentary toiletries, a comfortable lounge with sofa, WiFi, international TV, hot & cold air-conditioning, safety deposit box and a maid service to keep everything fresh & sparkling.

The Yoga & Pilates Sessions
The yoga sessions combine the deep stretches of Hatha yoga with the warming flow of Vinyasa together with deeply relaxing Yin Yoga. Your mobility & flexibility will dramatically improve and you’ll experience a deep sense of inner peace.
Pilates sessions are mat based and focus on strengthening & toning major muscle groups using proficient Pilates movements.

Our Yoga & Pilates sessions are suitable for keen beginners right up to the super experienced. Our teaching style is precise but relaxed so expect to hear plenty of alignment cues to keep you safe. There’s no pressure to create the perfect looking posture, what’s important is that you pay attention to how the posture ‘feels’ in your body. Likewise there’s no room for ego as it’s not what we’re about.

It doesn’t matter what other people are doing around you in yoga, just work with what you have. Be patient, keep practicing and your body will open up & let you back in.

Our fabulous health Chef Miguel will be nourishing your body with super healthy plant based dishes and the occasional fish dish for those that would like it.
As you could be pretty active on this retreat (yoga, pilates, hiking, fitness training, swimming etc) we make sure you have the right balance of nutrients to give you the energy to do all the things you love.
We don’t count calories .. but we don’t add them unnecessarily either and we believe there’s nothing wrong with enjoying a healthy dessert too (yay!)read more...
Breakfasts are buffet style where you help yourself to as much as you like of wholesome cereals, seasonal fruits & yogurts, hot eggs & baked tomatoes, avocados, protein packed smoothies, goats cheese, smoked salmon, assorted breads (including a delicious gluten free loaf), herbal infusions & teas. Non dairy milk & yogurts are always available.
Lunchtime we go for something light & fresh like a crunchy vibrant salad with a side order of protein, a healthy grain dish such as buckwheat tabbouleh or a Mediteranean meze. Each day is colourful & appetising.
We take supper ‘at home’ each evening except one night when we’ll head out to the very pretty old town of Altea nearby where there’ll be time to browse the boutiques for gifts to take home before supper at a restaurant in the town.

Days begin peacefully as you wake slowly with a cup of herbal tea & fresh fruit before opening your body with Yoga or Pilates.
Feeling awake & vibrant, time now for a super healthy buffet breakfast after which there’s time to relax a little before we set off into the great outdoors for one of our fitness activities.
All activities are included in your holiday.
In addition to daily yoga or Pilates, there’s a guided hike with awesome views in one of our favourite spots, circuit training sessions to build strength & stamina, core class, high intensity interval training and plenty of time for swimming or to head to the gym for an extra workout.
We know solo time is important too so each afternoon is free for you to relax, chat, read, meditate, enjoy therapies in the Spa or have a guilt free snooze.
Late afternoon we gather again for Yoga or Pilates before supper.
Do as much or as little as you like.
This is Your holiday, there are no rules. We’re here if you want us but we completely understand if you need time on your own too.

Your Complete Retreat includes:
- 5 nights accommodation. We never ask solo guests to share & so if you’re coming on your own you’ll have your own spacious suite for £75.00 for the week. If you’d like to share with a friend there is no supplement to pay.

Our private airport transfer service.
We offer a private group airport transfer from/to Alicante airport which is €40 each way. Journey time is an hour. We leave the airport on arrival day between 11.00-13.00 and arrive back at airport on final day at approximately mid-day. Check your flight options to Alicante here.
Please ensure your arrival flight lands no later than 12.45 on arrival day to allow sufficient time to collect your luggage & meet our driver. On the final day you should book a flight that departs no earlier than 13.30.
Flights outside of our transfer service we are happy to either, book a private taxi or book you on an airport shuttle bus service from/to Alicante airport.
