Good food using fresh seasonal ingredients

We are blessed with an abundance of underground fresh water springs in this area of Spain giving us a year round supply of Mediterranean fruits & veggies for our retreat kitchens.   This helps us to ….

Nourish your lovely body with healthy plant based dishes and the occasional local fish dish for those that would like it.   

We don’t count calories .. but we don’t add them unnecessarily either.   Our focus is on ensuring you have the right nourishment so that you have the energy to do all the things you love whilst you’re with us.    

Breakfasts are buffet style where you help yourself to as much as you like from the spread of wholesome cereals, egg dishes, seasonal fruits, local tomatoes & avocados,  Spanish cold cuts & cheeses, yogurts, juices, assorted breads, breakfast cakes & pastries, infusions & teas.  Plant based milks & dairy free yogurt are always available & gluten free diets can be catered for with advance notice.

As breakfasts are plentiful we tend to find most people don’t feel hungry at lunchtime.  But should you get peckish, there are dining options either at our retreat venue or close by in a little restaurant or cafe*.  

Supper is taken  ‘at home’ on all but two eves.*   Chef prepares tasty 3-course dinners including a healthy dessert ( … after all, you’ve been working very, very hard!)   There’ll be 2 eves where your taste buds are free to explore local restaurants (a great way to immerse yourself in the local culture) and we’ll organise a meal out on one of these free eves too should you like to join us.

*Our Complete Retreats are full board with 3 meals each day breakfast, lunch & dinner.
