Our Airport Transfer Service
Once we’ve confirmed a retreat space is held for you, the next step is to book your flights to/from Alicante airport choosing flights that marry with our transfer times below.
Please note: Our transfer times are based on the check-in and check-out times specified by our retreat venues. If you’d like to avoid a long wait at Alicante Airport, we recommend booking flights that align as closely as possible with our transfer times below.
There will be one group transfer on arrival day & one on departure day.
On retreat arrival day our transfer leaves Alicante airport between 13.00-13.30 and arrives back at airport on the final day for 13.30. Transfers are aprox €39 each way, dependent on the number of guests.
Please allow at least 45 minutes from flight arrival to transit through customs & collect your luggage.
It takes around 80 minutes to reach our retreat venue from Alicante airport for both our Yoga & Pilates Retreats and Yoga & Hiking Retreats .
Flights Outside of our Transfers
If your flight arrives or departs outside of our transfers we can organise a taxi @ aprox €160 that can be shared with any other guest/s who miss our transfer. Or, we can book seats on a local airport shuttle bus @ €42 that will bring you to a stop 10 minute walk to our retreat venue.
Car Hire
There are many car hire firms at Alicante airport. We haven’t listed them here as it’s best to search the web to find the best deal.
