Our Airport Transfer Service
Once we’ve confirmed your retreat space is held, the next step is to book your flights to/from Alicante choosing flights that marry with our airport transfer service. Our transfer aims to leave the airport on arrival day between 11.00-13.-00 and arrive back at airport on final day for midday. Journey time is just under an hour and is €38 each way.
Flights outside of our transfer service
If you cannot find flights that marry with our transfers, we can organise a private taxi for any guests to share or, we can book you a seat on the local airport shuttle bus that runs from/to Alicante airport throughout the day.
Taxis from the airport direct to our door take 45mins and are aprox €95.00. The shuttle bus, @ €30, can take up to 1.5 hours dependent on how many stops it needs to make enroute. The bus will bring you to a central point close to our yoga hotel from where you can either walk to take a taxi to us.
Car Hire
There are many car hire firms at Alicante airport. We haven’t listed them here as it’s best to search the web to find the best deal.
Public Transport
Local Tram: There is a tram that runs along the coast from Alicante city centre to the towns where our yoga retreats take place. The tram operates from the centre of Alicante & so you would need to take a cab (25mins drive) from Alicante airport to the north end of Alicante harbour – not to Alicante’s main train station. The tram is the FGV (Ferrocarril de la Generalitat Valenciana) service and costs around €25.00. You’ll need to take the ‘Line 1’ tram from Alicante to Benidorm then change platforms in Benidorm to Line 9 for the final journey to our local town. Check the tram timetable here
How about staying extra nights?
Many of our guests stay a little longer at our yoga hotel either before or after the yoga retreat. If this is something you’d like to do, tell us what nights you’d like & we’ll check availability for you & organise a private transfer to/from Alicante airport.
