We run yoga holidays and retreats in the Alicante region of Spain. Yoga holidays that combine the complete yoga experience with energizing and relaxing activities. You don't have to be into yoga or particularly flexible to come on our holidays - although it helps!

2010 we have a number of Pure Yoga and Yoga Pilates holidays. Our holidays allow you to take stock of your life, to practice pilates and yoga in a new environment, and best of all, escape the busyness of everyday and remind yourself of the richness that can be found in something as simple as breathing.

These are not back to basic escapes. You'll stay in small hotels with a touch of luxury and enliven your senses with delicious cuisine whilst savouring fresh sights & sounds of local culture. Spring & Autumn retreats are held at the beautiful Hotel Tossal d'Altea with mountain views on the edge of an artisan town. Summer time you'll be near the sea at the gorgeous boutique Hotel Chamarel.

In addition to twice daily yoga, we offer biking, guided hikes, tennis, horse riding, meditation, discover your dosha in the ayurveda workshop, mix potions in the aromatheraphy session or simply pamper yourself with our therapies. We attract keen yogis & curious beginners & most come on their own so don't worry about coming solo.
