We offer fabulous  yoga breaks, yoga pilates holidays and health retreats in the Alicante region of Spain.   Our holidays combine the complete yoga experience with energizing and relaxing activities that allow you to escape the busy-ness of everyday life and rediscover the richness that can be found in something as simple as breathing . 

Yoga Holidays with a touch of luxury.  

Spring & Autumn our holidays are held at a beautiful country house hotel with awesome mountain views just back from the coast.  Summer time, when it warms up, we move  closer to the sea and hold yoga holidays at a gorgeous boutique hotel, walking distance from the beach. 

In addition to twice daily yoga, our breaks offer optional activities that include; guided bike ride,  guided hikes, Spanish cookery workshop, meditation, pampering therapies and private yoga sessions.   Or, just come to relax and let go of your responsibilities for a while.  We attract keen yogis & curious beginners, most come on their own so don't worry about coming solo. 

We don't ask nor expect guests to share so all rooms are available for single use.    We have airport transfers from Alicante times to save you the hassle of driving or public transport.
