We are so excited to tell you about our next online yoga event which we’re hoping you’d like to join on Sunday 21st March, 2021.

It’s time to shake off the slumbers of Winter and embrace everything gorgeous about Spring! 

Oh yes, we’re leaving behind the darkest, coldest time of year and moving towards the warmer, brighter days.

Spring is all about warmth, renewal, movement and growth and so we couldn’t think of a better time to shake off the stagnation of Winter and have bit of a ‘spring clean’!

What do we have for you on Sunday March 21st?

You know we love to give more than just great yoga on our events & so this time we have a treat for your Body, Mind and Soul.  And, if you can’t make all live sessions we can give you access to the recordings.

For Your Soul 

08.45-10.15am (uk)   Unroll your yoga mat & let’s show our bodies a little love with a slow flow yoga practice with Nicole.  This is a full body practice with emphasis on clearing stagnant energy that’s settled in the body over Winter.  There’ll be cleansing breath work, sun salutations to get our juices flowing, twists to ‘flush’ the digestive system and (gentle) inversions to stimulate the removal of cellular waste via the lymphatic system.   This will be an ‘all levels’ class though we recommend it’s best enjoyed if you have a little yoga experience.   Let us know if you’ve any queries

Your Body

11.00-11.45am (uk)   Our personal image consultant Alison is going to inspire us to leave behind the comfy lockdown clothes we’ve been wearing for the past year (or is that just us?!) and get ready to ‘wow’ the world again as lockdown eases over the coming weeks and we can meet up  – in real life! –  with friends, clients & work colleagues.    Pen & paper at the ready there’s going to be a few ‘essential tips’ shared here!

Your Mind

4.30-5.30pm (uk) Let’s wrap up our day together back on the yoga mat with a meditative Yoga Nidra practice where you’ll be taken on a guided journey inward through the 5 layers (Koshas) of your body – your physical body, your energy body, emotional body, intellectual body and to your innermost bliss body.  Yoga Nidra is super relaxing and provides a space to explore and ‘polish’ all the layers of our being to create a sense of deep bliss.    A good night’s sleep guaranteed!

A day or so before 21st March we’ll send the link to our Zoom room where these sessions will be taking place.  If you don’t have the Zoom app on your computer/ tablet/phone, you can download it for free here.
