Getting fit and healthy doesn’t just mean spending hours sweating away in a gym! Our Yoga & Fitness retreat holidays make the most of the beautiful Spanish climate as we head outside for some of this programme as there’s nothing better than the ‘feel good’ factor you get from exercising in gorgeous, sunny weather.
This fab retreat includes everything you could possible want to boost your fitness. You have daily yoga, Pilates, cardio boost HiiT sessions, body strengthening & toning classes, hike into the nearby peaceful mountains, a guided bike ride and of course, super delicious healthy food. And, when you’re ready for a little R&R, you can relax on a lounger by the pool, take a snooze in your spacious suite, head to the thermal Spa for some water therapy, book some pampering time with our Spa therapists or eve head to the head to the well equipped gym.
But, don’t worry, you don’t have to be super fit to join us as our instructors are here to inspire you to find your boundaries .. not push you beyond them. And everything is optional, just pick & chose what you want to do.

Location for our Yoga & Fitness Retreats
The on site fitness facilities are superb and include; a 12.5m indoor pool, infrared sauna, an outdoor lagoon pool with sunbathing deck, multi-purpose ball court, a yoga & Pilates studio, meditation room, two gyms – one with free weights, cardio machines, boxing & Pilates equipment and the other with a range of weight-assisted isokinetic machines to sculpt and tone all main muscle groups in a 30 minute circuit, Spa therapists that offer pampertastic facials, massages & body treatments plus, an onsite thermal Spa with jacuzzi, steam room, ice plunge pool and hydro-massage pool (please note, thermal Spa is closed June to end Sept).
Unless you are bringing a friend to share with you you’ll have your own superbly equipped & spacious suite that has a double or twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom, a comfortable lounge area where you can put your feet up & relax with the international TV channels, WiFi, air-con, safety deposit box, a maid service to keep everything nice & tidy and a small kitchen – not that you’ll be cooking as this retreat includes all meals.

The Yoga & Pilates Sessions
The daily yoga sessions combine the deep stretches of Hatha with the warming flow of Vinyasa plus some restorative Yin Yoga postures. Yoga sessions will focus on synchronising your breath with simple sequences that’ll warm & open the body, lengthen muscles and lubricate your joints to ensure your body feels spacious and moves freely.
The Pilates sessions are mat based and focus on strengthening & toning the major muscle groups with proficient Pilates movements and a variety of Pilates equipment. During your stay there’ll also be a Meditation workshop where there’ll be a chance to sample various mind calming meditation techniques.
Yoga & Pilates sessions are suitable for keen beginners, those with a lapsed practice & intermediates. Our teaching style is precise but relaxed. There’s no pressure to create ‘perfect’ postures. What’s more important is that you pay attention to how the postures feel in your body. Likewise there’s no room for ego as it’s not what we’re about. It doesn’t matter what other people are doing around you, just work with what you have. Be patient, keep practicing and your body will open up & let you back in.

Fitness Training Sessions
We believe fitness should be fun & so we’ve created a programme that includes a variety of activities to boost your cardio & respiratory function, tone & sculpt your muscles, improve your flexibility and soothe your nervous system.
As our resort has such excellent facilities, the majority of activities take place on site but we will also get you out into the beautiful natural countryside nearby for an (easy to moderate) guided bike ride and a mountain hike.
Please remember, you don’t have to be super fit to join these retreats, our trainers & instructors are here to inspire you to find your boundaries .. not push you beyond them. You’ll always be encouraged to work at a level and pace that suits your strength & stamina. And, if there’s a morning where you fancy a lie in or an afternoon where you prefer to stay by the pool and skip class – that’s fine, we want you to do as much or as little as you like!

Days begins slowly & quietly as you wake up sipping a cup of herbal tea & some fresh fruits before opening your body & senses to the day in a Yoga or Pilates session. Now, feeling energised & vibrant, it’s time for a healthy nutritionally balanced breakfast before we head off for the day’s outdoor activity to make the most of the gorgeous weather & scenery here in Spain. Activities are always optional & include a guided hike in the stunning mountains nearby, a Fitness Training session in the resort grounds or a guided bike ride. After lunch afternoons are free to enjoy the relaxation & fitness facilities at the resort where you could laze by the pool, book a pampertastic therapy, visit the onsite thermal Spa with jacuzzi, steam & hydro massage pool, book a private training session or make use of the two onsite gyms. Late afternoon we regroup for wind down yoga or Pilates session before supper & bed.
All activities are optional, so if you want to lie in one morning & skip a class or stay by the pool and miss the afternoon session – no problem, just do what you wish. Our aim is that you leave us feeling fitter, healthier, relaxed and de-stressed.

Pay in full or instalments starting with £300 deposit via bank transfer or online with a card
- 5 nights accommodation in spacious a twin or double suite. As we don’t ask – nor expect – you to share -unless you want to share with a friend- all solo guests are given their own suite for an additional £75 for the week. You can also book additional nights at the end of your retreat at a preferential rate if you like.

- Meals are vegetarian, vegan and pescatarian. Gluten, dairy & wheat diets can be catered for with advance notice

*Our private airport transfer service.
Operates from/to Alicante airport. Pick up on arrival will be between 11am-13.00 & arrive at airport on final day for midday. Transfers take 45 minutes & cost €40 per person each way. Check your flight options to Alicante here.
Please ensure your flight arrives no later than 12.15 on arrival day & departs no earlier than 13.30 on departure day to allow time to clear customs & collect your luggage.
Flights outside of our transfer service we are happy to either, book a private taxi or book you on an airport shuttle bus service from/to Alicante airport.
