In Spring & Autumn, yoga holidays and retreats are held at the gorgeous Hotel Alahuar in the mountains. During the warmer Summer months they take place at the boutique Hotel Chamarel by the sea. Yoga Locations tells you more about each hotel.

Accommodation in en-suite twin bedded room (single occupancy available), hearty brunch each day, 3-course healthy & nutritious dinners using the freshest produce, twice daily yoga with meditation & pranayama sessions, welcome meeting with refreshments, local taxes, guided walks & well being room gift.

Extras: Airport transfer @ £50 return, single occupancy of £10 per night, dinner on 1 evening when you're free to dine where you choose, optional activities & therapies.

We don't like to make people share rooms with strangers so a single supplement is payable if you are not bringing someone to share with.
