YOGA RETREATS WITH A TOUCH OF LUXURY

In 2024 we’ll be using 2 locations for our yoga retreats.   Our Spanish retreats will be held at a peaceful 300 year old olive farm tucked away down a quiet lane near the sea in the beautiful, green Alicante region.   Whilst our UK Yoga Flows & Forest Feasts retreat in July takes place at a really funky eco village hidden away in an ancient forest near to the beautiful city of Bath.     See below for details on both locations.

The Alicante region of Spain  has  the  most stunning scenery with  over 300 days of sunshine a year and a climate so good the World Health Organisation declared this be one of the healthiest places on Earth!

Rugged mountains tumble to the sea and sleepy villages cling to the hillside whilst mile upon mile of super clean beaches are lapped by the azul Mediterranean sea.   Honestly, it’s very special.

Here the pace of life is slow and no-one is measured by what they own or earn. Life as it should be.

Our nearest airport is Alicante from where we can collect you – and, as we never ask (nor expect) our guests to share rooms, you’ll have your own double bedroom with private bathroom … unless you want to bring & share with a friend.

This 300 year old olive farm in the coastal town of Altea has been converted into a relaxing country house hotel.   Set in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views to the mountains & sea and yet an easy 10 minute walk to the very pretty town of Altea.

The farm has been owned by the same local Spanish family for over 300 years.  By choosing our retreats you’re helping to support 4 generations who work at the hotel every day.

The 22 double & twin bedrooms are well equipped with satellite TV, telephone, hot/cold air-conditioning, safety deposit, refrigerator, WiFi, a daily maid service and an ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, complimentary toiletries & fresh towels.    There’s a pool & sun loungers in the garden, a gym, sauna, restaurant and lots of space inside & out for us to spread out & relax.

As we don’t ask – nor expect – our solo guests to share, if coming on your own you’ll have our own room with private bathroom.

We are here for our Yoga & Hiking Holidays, Yoga & Pilates Holidays and Rest & Rejuvenate Summer Retreat.

The picturesque town of Altea is an easy 10 minute stroll away & is where you’ll find little white washed houses, cobbled streets, artisan shops, tasty restaurants & tapas bars.  A little further afield (20 mins walk), is Altea beach and it’s long promenade which’ll take you to the neighbouring town of Albir.  A perfect route for a stroll beside the sea!

A totally unique yoga retreat experience awaits at this eco village hidden in ancient woodland just 15 minutes from Bath, Somerset, UK.

Created by a team of talented craftsmen who believe that by living more harmoniously with nature we can rediscover a lost part of ourselves.

With just 7 individual accommodations this’ll be a small but lovely retreat gathering. There’s a cosy shepherds hut, cute wood cabins, yurts and a cob round house each with a wood burning stove and comfy double bed.  Some accommodations are large enough for 2 beds so let us know if you’d like to bring a friend.

Everyone shares the Tree Shack bathrooms with hot showers, composting loos and a fabulous wood fired sauna.    We’ll flow to the sounds of nature in the yoga shala or head outside & practice on the forest platform whilst Beth, our (amazing!) Chef, will be cooking up delicious plant based meals full of goodness to nourish our bodies.

Join us to go back to nature, reawaken your senses & reconnect with the wild.

We are here in July  for our Yoga Flows & Forest Feasts Retreat

In between the twice daily yoga sessions there’ll be time to soak up the sunshine,  bathe in the healing forest energy, head across the fields to the nearby village for a cream tea, enjoy a spot of wild swimming, take a massage, explore Bath or join Leah for an educational Foraging Walk where you’ll learn how to identify wild edible plants.
