This retreat takes place near Moraira, a little coastal town 75mins from Alicante airport from where we offer a transfer service.
Moraira has managed to retain the soul of its fishing-village roots whilst seamlessly blending in a collection of stylish boutiques, sun-drenched alfresco cafes and a beautiful sandy beach.

2026 Yoga & Hiking Holidays : Alicante, Spain
These holidays take place at a luxurious 4-star, adults-only beachfront hotel in the coastal town of Calpe, just 55 minutes north of Alicante airport with our transfer service.
The hotel facilities are outstanding – among the best we’ve seen!
Each of the 300 bedrooms have a king-size bed, pillow menu, hot/cold air-conditioning, slippers, fridge, complimentary beach gifts, and a coffee machine … kettles available too for tea lovers!
The light, airy bathrooms are very well equipped whilst just steps from from your room, is the Eden Spa & fitness centre – an oasis of peace and calm.

2026 Soul Soothing Summer Retreat : East Sussex, UK
On the coast, not so far from Brighton, East Sussex lies Florence House, an elegant, peaceful house nestled in 6 acres of grounds within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
With the ocean at the bottom of the garden & Seaford town a 15 minute stroll away, Florence House is a much loved destination for relaxing retreats.
Inside the house is a spacious light filled yoga room opening onto the garden, a cosy library, dining room, comfy lounge and 15 peaceful bedrooms each decorated in calming Farrow & Ball colours reflecting the light & airy feeling of the surrounding countryside.
In the grounds is a meditation yurt and walled garden each providing the perfect spot for quiet contemplation and alfresco breakfasts.
A stroll through the garden takes you to England’s Coast Path – a trail that follows the entire length of the English coastline.
