Nourish your body with healthy Mediterranean cuisine
All of the ingredients we use are locally sourced & non-processed. More importantly, they are freshly prepared with lots of love from our professional chef.
We don’t count calories .. but we don’t add them unnecessarily either. Our focus is on ensuring you feel suitably nourished so that you have the energy to do all the things you love whilst you’re with us.
Breakfasts are always an abundant buffet of wholesome cereals, eggs, seasonal fruits, sun ripened tomatoes, avocados, Spanish cold cuts & local cheeses, yogurts, juices, assorted breads, breakfast cakes & croissants, herbal infusions & coffee. Plant based milks & dairy free yogurt are always available & gluten free diets can be catered for with advance notice.
As breakfasts are plentiful, most people don’t feel hungry at lunchtime. But, should you get peckish, there you can have a lunch snack at our retreat or close-by in a restaurant or cafe.
We take supper ‘at home’ on all but two eves. Chef prepares tasty 3-course dinners including a healthy dessert … after all, you have been working very, very hard! On 1 evening we’ll dine out together at a local restaurant leaving 1 eve free for your taste buds are free to explore & support local restaurants.
