This retreat has everything you could possibly ever want on holiday! And the best bit? Everything is optional, just choose what you want to do. We don’t mind if you skip a morning class for a lie in or stay by the pool and miss an afternoon session. It’s your holiday, come & do exactly what you want.

Unless you are bringing a friend to share with you, you’ll have your own superbly equipped & spacious suite with a double or twin bedroom, an ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries, a lounge area where you can relax & read. There’s WiFi, satelite TV, hot & cold air-conditioning, a safety deposit box and a maid service to keep everything fresh & sparkling.

The Yoga & Pilates Sessions
The daily yoga sessions combine the deep stretches of Hatha with the warming flow of Vinyasa plus some restorative Yin Yoga postures. Yoga sessions will focus on synchronising your breath with simple sequences that’ll warm & open the body, lengthen muscles and lubricate your joints to ensure your body feels spacious and moves freely.
The Pilates sessions are mat based and focus on strengthening & toning the major muscle groups with proficient Pilates movements and a variety of Pilates equipment. During your stay there’ll also be a Meditation workshop where there’ll be a chance to sample various mind calming meditation techniques.
Yoga & Pilates sessions are suitable for keen beginners, those with a lapsed practice & intermediates. Our teaching style is precise but relaxed. There’s no pressure to create ‘perfect’ postures. What’s more important is that you pay attention to how the postures feel in your body. Likewise there’s no room for ego as it’s not what we’re about. It doesn’t matter what other people are doing around you, just work with what you have. Be patient, keep practicing and your body will open up & let you back in.

We believe fitness should be fun & so we’ve created a varied programme of activities that will boost your cardio & respiratory function, tone & sculpt muscles, improve flexibility, calm the mind and soothe the nervous system.
In addition to the daily sessions of Yoga or Pilates there’ll be a guided hike in the nearby mountains, a hydro fit water based toning class, Love Your Mind meditation workshop and three sessions with a Personal trainer where you’ll strengthen your body, tone your muscles and boost your cardio function with a variety of free weights, TRX, kettle bells, boxing and High intensity interval training. These sessions are fun but highly effective.
Remember, you don’t have to be super fit to join these retreats. You’ll be encouraged to work at a level and pace that suits your strength & stamina.

Food is key to feeling great & so we take feeding your body seriously. Each day includes 3 meals prepared using local & seasonal produce bursting in colour and optimal nutrition. We believe healthy food should be full of amazing flavours but also nutritionally balanced to ensure you feel nourished whilst you’re being active … yoga, pilates, swimming, hiking, fitness classes. Our menu is predominantly plant based (gluten, dairy & sugar free too) but we do offer local fish offered on some nights for those that would like it. Special diets can be catered for with advance notice and we’ll have one evening out to eat in the very pretty town of Altea.
Wake up with a cup of herbal tea & fresh fruits before morning Yoga or Pilates. Then, after a healthy breakfast, it’s time for the day’s fitness activity be it a HIiT session or group circuits with the personal trainer, a hike in the nearby mountains or a bike ride where we’ll get to see more of the beautiful scenery. After lunch there’s time to relax & make use of the resort facilities .. laze by the pool, snooze, chat, read, book a Spa therapy, make use of the gym for an extra workout or swim in the indoor pool. Late afternoon is time to wind down with a yoga or Pilates session before supper, chats & bed when you’re ready.

- The option to pay in full or instalments beginning with a £300 deposit
- 6 days, 5 nights in your own spacious guest suite for a small supplement of £75.00. Unless of course you want to bring a friend/partner to share in which case, no single sup is charged.

Our airport transfer service
Operates from/to Alicante airport. Pick up on arrival will be between 11am-13.00 & arrive at airport on final day for midday. Transfers take 45 minutes & cost €40 per person each way. Check your flight options to Alicante here.
Please ensure your flight arrives no later than 12.15 on arrival day & departs no earlier than 13.30 on departure day to allow time to clear customs & collect your luggage.
Flights outside of our transfer service we are happy to either, book a private taxi or book you on an airport shuttle bus service from/to Alicante airport.
