Choose how much or how little you do of the programme filled with yoga, Pilates, fitness training with a Personal Trainer, hiking in stunning mountains, biking with awesome views and still have time to relax by the pool in the sunshine, make use of the onsite fitness & relaxation facilities at our resort or simply laze in your spacious room.
And the best bit? You don’t have to be super fit to join us. Our instructors are here to inspire you to find your boundaries – not push you beyond them. Every body is beautifully unique and everyone is motivated in different ways. That’s why our instructors tailor the sessions to accommodate everyone’s ability and you’re encouraged to do as much or as little as you like.

Yoga & Fitness Retreat Location
The facilities are superb and include a 12.5m indoor pool, infrared sauna, an outdoor lagoon pool with sunbathing deck, multi-purpose ball court, yoga & Pilates studio, meditation room, two gyms – one with free weights & cardio machines and the other with weight-assisted isokinetic machines to sculpt and tone your body in a 30 minute circuit and Spa treatment rooms where you can be buffed, pampered and massaged each day if you wanted!
Unless you are bringing a friend to share with you, you’ll have your own superbly equipped & spacious suite with a double or twin bedroom, an ensuite bathroom and a comfortable lounge where you can put your feet up & relax, WiFi, satelite TV, hot & cold air-conditioning, safety deposit box and a maid service to keep everything nice & tidy.

The Yoga & Pilates Sessions
The daily yoga sessions combine the deep stretches of Hatha with the warming flow of Vinyasa plus some restorative Yin Yoga postures. Yoga sessions will focus on synchronising your breath with simple sequences that’ll warm & open the body, lengthen muscles and lubricate your joints to ensure your body feels spacious and moves freely.
The Pilates sessions are mat based and focus on strengthening & toning the major muscle groups with proficient Pilates movements and a variety of Pilates equipment. During your stay there’ll also be a Meditation workshop where there’ll be a chance to sample various mind calming meditation techniques.
Yoga & Pilates sessions are suitable for keen beginners, those with a lapsed practice & intermediates. Our teaching style is precise but relaxed. There’s no pressure to create ‘perfect’ postures. What’s more important is that you pay attention to how the postures feel in your body. Likewise there’s no room for ego as it’s not what we’re about. It doesn’t matter what other people are doing around you, just work with what you have. Be patient, keep practicing and your body will open up & let you back in.

Fitness Training Sessions
We believe fitness should be fun & so we’ve created a programme that includes a variety of activities to boost your cardio & respiratory function, tone & sculpt your muscles, improve your flexibility and soothe your nervous system.
In addition to daily yoga, pilates, mountain hike, biking and time to use the gym, you’ll be getting stronger in sessions with a Personal trainer using your body weight, free weights, TRX, kettle bells, boxing and High intensity interval training.
Remember, you don’t have to be super fit to join these retreats and you’ll always be encouraged to work at a level and pace that suits your strength & stamina.

Food is key to feeling great & so we take feeding your body seriously. Each day includes 3 meals prepared using local & seasonal produce bursting in optimum nutrition. We believe healthy food should be full of amazing flavours and textures but also nutritionally balanced to ensure you receive adequate nourishment whilst you’re being active … yoga, swimming, hiking, biking, fitness classes. Dishes are predominantly plant based (and gluten, dairy & sugar free) but there’ll be local fish offered on some nights for those that would like it. Special diets can be catered for with advance notice too.
Wake up with a cup of herbal tea & fresh fruits before morning Yoga or Pilates. Then, after a healthy breakfast, it’s time for the day’s fitness activity be it a HIiT session or group circuits with the personal trainer, a hike in the nearby mountains or a bike ride where we’ll get to see more of the beautiful scenery. After lunch there’s time to relax & make use of the resort facilities .. laze by the pool, snooze, chat, read, book a Spa therapy, make use of the gym for an extra workout or swim in the indoor pool. Late afternoon is time to wind down with a yoga or Pilates session before supper, chats & bed when you’re ready.

- 6 days, 5 nights in a spacious guest suite. All solo guests are given their own suite for an additional £75 for the week

Operates from/to Alicante airport. Pick up on arrival will be between 11am-13.00 & arrive at airport on final day for midday. Transfers take 45 minutes & cost €40 per person each way. Check your flight options to Alicante here.
Please ensure your flight arrives no later than 12.15 on arrival day & departs no earlier than 13.30 on departure day to allow time to clear customs & collect your luggage.
Flights outside of our transfer service we are happy to either, book a private taxi or book you on an airport shuttle bus service from/to Alicante airport.
