Yoga Holiday Itinerary

Our yoga holidays & retreats offer a blend of energising & relaxing activities whilst you recharge your batteries in the sun.    In addition to the twice daily yoga and pampering therapies, you can take part in  guided hikes, go mountain biking, play tennis, go horse riding, join the aromatherapy workshop or discover your dosha in the ayurvedic talk.  Everything is optional you do as much or as little as your body needs.  A typical day could look something like this .....

Start the day at the Wake up yoga class whilst the rising sun warms the world outside. Brunch is around 10am by which time you'll be feeling ready for the fruits, fresh juices, eggs, toasts, nuts, honey, yogurts & cereals - an excellent start to the day!

Feeling replenished we may then head out for a guided walk - a fantastic way to stimulate the metabolism - or head to the beach (Chamarel hotel only) or laze by the pool (Tossal d'Altea hotel) .

The afternoons are varied and, if you're feeling ready for action, you can go mountain biking, play tennis, go horse riding, take a massage, listen to the colour coding session or join the aromatherapy workshop where you get to mix your own potions.   You choose, it's your holiday.

The day draws to a close with restorative sundown yoga before dinner.   Dinners are  3 course using fresh, local mediterranean ingredients providing your body with optimum nutrition including essential vitamins & minerals to boost the immune system & your vitality.
