& relaxing activities. Many guests come for a complete
rest, to just relax by the pool or to catch up on much needed sleep.
But, if you did feel like to doing something in addition to the twice daily yoga,
we also offer:
* a guided walk to boost your metabolism
* therapies to soothe body & soul
* explore further a field on a guided bike
ride
* creative cookery workshop
* re-invent yourself with a style make-over consultation
* 1-2-1 private yoga tuition
* hydration therapy (!) - dip into
the pool at the Spring/Autumn venue or the sea at our Summer yoga holidays.
A typical day could
look
something like this .....
Start your day with
a cleansing drink of lemon and fresh ginger before morning yoga as the rising sun warms the world outside.
Morning yoga sessions focus on simple flowing sequences that gradually stretch the
muscles and open the joints whilst we synchronise breath with
movement so that your practice becomes like a moving meditation. Breakfast is at 10am by which time you'll be feeling ready for the fruits, fresh juices,
cereals, eggs, toasts, nuts, honey & yogurts - an excellent start to the day!

The remainder of the day could
include our guided walk or any of the activities described above.
The day draws to a close with the sundown yoga
class which are more restorative where we hold postures for a
little longer using the breath to move deeper within which helps to reconnect
with our inner peace. The
evening meals are mainly vegetarian and inspired by Ayurvedic principles using using fresh, locally grown
produce which will provide your body with all the essential essential vitamins & minerals that
replenish and boost your immune system
& vitality.
