Yoga Holiday Itinerary

Scroll down to see what a typical day will be like  but first we want to tell you that in addition to twice daily yoga,  if you fancy a break from the beach or the pool, you can take part in a variety of energising & relaxing activities .   Choose from ....

    * a guided walk to boost your metabolism - included in your holiday price

    * guided bike ride - a great way to see Spain beyond the coast €35

    * relax with a soothing therapy including massage, facials, reflexology & much more from €25

      * Spanish Cookery workshop - a great laugh and of course you get to eat your creations! from €25

     * 1-2-1 private yoga tuition - progress your practice or go over the basics with our professional instructors €15

     * or, simply relax & just 'be' by the pool (spring/autumn venue) or at the beach (summer time) 

 

 

 A typical day could look something like this .....

ht5.jpgWake up each day to blue skies sit quietly & enjoy a 'mini-breakfast' of fresh fruits and Yogi Tea before the 90-minute yoga session that includes hatha & vinyasa flow sequences to make you feel alive, uplifted & supple.  Morning sessions focus on creating space in and around the spine and our joints whilst strengthening,  lengthening and toning key muscle groups.   

A delicious buffet brunch is served after yoga by which time you'll be feeling ready for the abundant fresh fruits, juices, cereals, tortilla, cheeses, hams, cakes (yum!), toasts, nuts, honey & yogurts - an excellent start!

The remainder of your day could see you reconnecting with the pace of nature on the guided walk or any of the activities described above.

The day draws to a close with a 90-minute sundown yoga session where we focus on restorative and hatha yoga postures to create an immense feeling of calm in the mind & our nervous system.    

 Evening meals are inspired by Ayurvedic principles and mainly vegetarian using using fresh, locally grown produce which will provide your body with all the essential essential vitamins & minerals that replenish and boost your immune system & vitality.
